Educational guides and awareness resources from the school clinic.
On World Mental Health Day, the Al Andalus Private Academy clinic emphasizes the importance of caring for mental health as an essential part of a person's health and quality of life.
The clinic encourages our school community to set aside time to rest, get enough sleep and physical activity, talk to a trusted person when feeling stressed, and ask for support when needed. Showing understanding and kindness, and listening without judgment, helps build a supportive and safe school environment for everyone.
Let us work together to raise awareness of mental health and spread a culture of support, respect and acceptance.
